ReWILD

Clear Vision, Bold Strategy, Resonant Communication

COURSE DESCRIPTION

Clear communication and intentionality are the greatest amplifiers of your vision, and the impact you make with your work.

ReWILD is a 16-week course for 15 professionals in artistic and creative fields who want to strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset and position themselves with clarity, confidence, and long-term sustainability in a rapidly changing funding and media landscape - nationally and internationally.

This is not about surface-level visibility or quick fixes.
ReWILD goes deep.

It is a course for seeing clearly:
your purpose, your artistic/creative DNA, your vision, and the strategy that allows your work to reach the people, places, and contexts where it can truly resonate and open new opportunities.

ReWILD is designed for engaged, ambitious creators - artists, cultural entrepreneurs, and creative professionals - who want to listen to their own voice instead of getting lost in noise, trends, or external expectations. It empowers you to stand up, stand out, and align with your most powerful purpose, while remaining grounded in the difference you want to make in the world.

Strengthening your strategic foundation alongside your communication and positioning strategy, how you articulate, market, and embody your work, your company, and yourself as a visionary creator, is a powerful way forward. When communication is aligned with purpose, it doesn’t just describe what you do; it becomes the engine that drives your impact.

WHY ReWILD IS DIFFERENT

Some ask whether ReWILD is the same as our signature workshop SHINE YOUR WORK.
The short answer is: No. It is not.

SHINE YOUR WORK supports creatives in understanding themselves, their work, and the role it plays in the world—psychologically and sociologically—and what it means to become visible. Visibility, in this sense, is a natural side effect of success in your field.

ReWILD goes further and deeper.
It focuses on the details that truly matter for growing your creative power, clarifying where you are going and why, and developing a strategy that positions you and your work sustainably, so you are not only visible, but grounded, resilient, and proactive.

ReWILD supports you in:

  • Rewilding your artistic and creative DNA

  • Choosing to be proactive in developing supplementary income models

  • Creating or strengthening your own platform

  • Navigating rapid changes in funding, media, and opportunity structures

This is a course for cycle breakers and trailblazers—those driven to create what doesn’t yet exist or to change what urgently needs rethinking.

WHY “ReWILD”?

WILDTOPIA’s founding director, Karen Toftegaard, grew up on a family farm in Northern Denmark. Her close connection to land and nature has deeply shaped her work as a cultural entrepreneur - leaning into a regenerative mindset and a desire to rewild the power of art and creation.

Just as rewilding in nature restores balance by allowing wilderness to return to cultivated land, ReWILD invites a similar approach to artistic and creative practice: clearing space, restoring vitality, and allowing what is essential to grow stronger.

THE VISION

The vision behind ReWILD is to rewild the field - to strengthen an international community of artistic and creative visionaries so that bold ideas and meaningful projects can reach further and create deeper impact.

This is not about criticizing what already exists.
It is about co-creating breathing spaces for genuine artistic and creative entrepreneurship: spaces where clarity, communication, and courage amplify your vision and bring it fully to life.

To imagine new realities, new organizational forms, and new scenarios, it becomes essential to:

  • Answer unexpected questions

  • Let go of what no longer serves you

  • Try out other perspectives

  • Imagine and test alternative futures

From this place, you can craft an aligned strategy. One that positions and communicates your work in a way that flows from your artistic and creative DNA. ReWILD is not about throwing everything away; it’s about clearing the table and choosing what truly fits your wild creative vision.

COURSE FOCUS AREAS

We have created a strong framework for ReWILD, while leaving space for you to shape the course in a way that meets you where you are. Throughout the process, your communication strategy acts as the main amplifier; connecting leadership, strategy, and creative DNA into one coherent narrative.
