We take a holistic approach to leadership, communication, and navigating cultural contexts worldwide. Through facilitated tools, research-driven insight, and structured reflection, we support individuals and teams in gaining clarity around mindset, perspective, and context.
Our workshops draw on extensive experience across institutional theatre, festivals, independent practice, start-ups, and internationalization. We focus on communication, entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, navigating challenging situations, and facilitating spaces where people can think and find solutions together.
We design and deliver in-person and online workshops in signature or tailored formats. Our work includes Growing a Garden, a regenerative approach to creative/artistic practice.
