TAKE YOUR SPACE - as a leader
This workshop/talk is a holistic approach to leadership – your personal and your professional leadership. How do you make sure that your values (in alignment with the values of an organization) unfolds in your leadership? How do you create a teamspirit where people follow the great idea in a safe space? What does a safe space mean in your context – within your organization and with your employees? How do work smarter in a way that engages other people and involves people on your team/in your company. To make the workshop more connected with your reality you choose a challenge in your leadership that you will use as a case in the workshop.
Training an awareness of cultural contexts - presenting, creating, distributing works in different cultural contexts, worldwide, is an immanent part of this workshop.
