75 minutes 1:1 online coaching session

This 1:1 coaching session is your dedicated space to explore challenges and opportunities in your professional and creative work. Whether you’re navigating the complexities of artistic leadership, project development, or festival-making, the session offers a reflective pause guided by someone who truly understands the field.

Karen brings over two decades of experience in the cultural sector—particularly in performing arts and festivals, both in Denmark and internationally. Her method is rooted in active listening, honest reflection, and widening the lens through which you view your work. The intention is always to help you move beyond blind spots by introducing new perspectives and gently challenging assumptions.

After the session, you’ll receive a short written summary highlighting key insights and actionable steps discussed during your conversation.

Please note:

• The first session is an establishing conversation—a space to get to know you, your work, and your context through questions and mutual exchange.

• A limited number of sessions are available each month to ensure presence and depth in the process.

Ethics and Quality: To maintain a high standard of care and ethical practice, Karen receives regular supervision from an occupational psychologist several times a year.
